We focus on vintage and collectible watches with character, originality, history and design that make them worth remembering. Some are established collector references. Others are less obvious pieces that stand out because of the details, the era they came from or the story they carry.
Japan remains at the center of our search. It gives us access to a deep watchmaking history, from familiar icons to uncommon JDM references, unusual dial variations and watches that rarely surface elsewhere.
We are not trying to build the largest inventory possible. Every watch is considered individually, with attention to condition, originality, function and the information available to us. When something cannot be independently verified, we would rather say so than make an assumption.
Available watches may come and go, but their records do not. Sold pieces remain in the Ojisan Archive with their photographs, reference details and original listing information, creating a growing resource for collectors and enthusiasts.
