HOW WE ASSESS
Condition, originality, function and service history are assessed from our inspection and the information available to us. Where something cannot be independently verified, we say so.
Latest finds
Not every watch is worth collecting. We seek out the ones that are.
A clean example of Seiko’s Lord Marvel 36000, one of the first Japanese wristwatches to run at a 10-beat (36,000 vph) frequency. The silver sunburst dial is free of moisture marks, with applied indices and hands that retain their original finish.
The case shows light, even wear consistent with age and has not been heavily polished. The hand-wound 5740C movement was serviced in 2025 and is running within expected tolerances.
